Advanced two week’s International Workshop on from the 6^th to the 17^th of July on the “Voice and the Classic Text” in Sweden in Stockholm Ö2scenkonst Södermalm Theatre.

This workshop is for actors, directors, singers and physical theatre performers who have worked with me for at least five years.

In this workshop we will work on a scene from a classic text in our own language.

We will work from 10am to 5pm each day with a break of an hour for lunch and a break of twenty minutes each day. We will not be working in the weekends.

In the first week.

On Monday morning we will start with a short introduction of everyone in the workshop

We will work on the breathing work on the floor with two people working together and then work with the breathing work in the space.

We will then have twenty minutes break and then work on the voice warm up. This will be singing in the body four qualities of sound and linking this with four phrases of the Shakespearian text.

Then everyone will work on each quality of sound from Monday to Thursday.

On the Friday we will work on the breathing work on the floor and in the space and the voice warm up.   Then we will concentrate on the work on the scene.
